Bidi Capital Pty Ltd is a small investment company that is based in Sydney, Australia and was founded in early 2012.

It primary objective is to generate a minimum 12% Return on Equity and accumulate Retained Earnings over time, while distributing adequate Dividends for income investors.

The successful achievement of these objectives should increase the value of the shares by building shareholder equity and using the dividend stream for academic valuation techniques. This will Create Shareholder Wealth for Increased Investor Happiness.

Management

With the company's small size and hope to keep management expenses low for as long as possible, Bidi Capital Pty Ltd is managed by a single executive director: Axel Tracy.

Axel is primarily an independent, contrarian investor who believes continual education and measured team-building are keys to success.

Axel has been educated in Accounting & Finance, Economics & Business and Information Technology by two of Australia's leading universities: The University of Technology, Sydney and The Australian National University.

His stock investment strategy has been derived by the teachings of Benjamin Graham, Warren Buffett & Roger Montgomery. His real estate investment strategy has been shaped by Margaret Lomas & Steve McKnight. In the field of entrepreneurship his idols are Andrew & Paul Bassat, Muhammad Yunus and Richard Branson.
